William Sharp Senior Vice President – Commercial Programs William Sharp is Senior Vice President of Commercial Programs for ACE Westchester Program Division. He has been dedicated to the development and management of programs for more than 10 years and has specialized experience with programs in the sports, leisure, and entertainment markets. Mr. Sharp has served in a variety of roles in his more than 25 year career with ACE and its predecessor company, CIGNA Property and Casualty, including positions in Program Management, Underwriting Management, Product Development, and Pricing and Financial Management. He earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance, as well as a B.S. in accounting, from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
