Harry Rambo Vice President – Commercial Programs Harry Rambo is Vice President and Program Manager for ACE Westchester Program Division. He joined the Program Division in 1999 and is responsible for developing and managing several specialty commercial property and casualty programs. Mr. Rambo has served in a variety of underwriting, marketing and management positions with CIGNA, Maryland Casualty and Continental Insurance. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriting (CPCU) designation, and earned an M.B.A. in marketing from Temple University and a B.A from West Chester University.
