Robert Groff Vice President – Commercial Programs Robert Groff is Vice President for the ACE Westchester Program Division. He joined the Program Division in 1999 and is responsible for the development and management of commercial property and casualty programs, as well as programs where ACE maintains underwriting authority and offers administrative services for program administrators. Prior to joining ACE, Mr. Groff was responsible for the Employment Practices Liability Product at CIGNA. He has more than 25 years of insurance industry experience, serving in a variety of roles in underwriting, management, product/program development and marketing with CIGNA, AIG and The St. Paul Companies. Mr. Groff earned a B.A. in management from the University of Northern Iowa and holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriting (CPCU), ARM, ARP and ARe insurance designations.
